Terms of Service

1. Services Scope

FOUZ DIGITAL provides custom web engineering, software development, search engine optimization, digital advertising, and website maintenance services as defined in individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all custom source code, designs, and assets developed specifically for the client become the intellectual property of the client, excluding proprietary pre-existing libraries.

3. Limitation of Liability

FOUZ DIGITAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime or external API modifications beyond our direct control.
